I had an excellent experience with Pioneer. I scheduled for a camera inspection after having had another company tell me that I needed a new drainage outlet before they could do a camera inspection. When Manuel came, he wanted to make sure I wasn't getting an inspection for no reason so he spent time asking me questions to see if it was warranted. Then when he completed the inspection, he let me see the results which showed that I didn't need any additional work on my pipes and that I had two tiny roots in the line but no other damage. Thanks again and I know if I have any problems, Pioneer will be my plumber again! Thanks
