Got the job done well
The plumber was here within a hour as they said. Simple drain clearing would have been $125, but required insertion of the snake from the wall and new u-piping from wall to bathroom sink basin, all for $300. Seemed high. Also, i was asked to pay for a snake that broke,included in the amount paid.
