Service person Michael Bass arrived within the early part of the estimated window of time (which was a 2/3 shorter window than other plumbers, reducing the time you need to wait around). He didn't take long at all to complete work, kept a clean work area, wore shoe protectors out of respect for our flooring, and finished to the dollar of the estimate I signed for before he started.
