Field rep was curteous and explained in detail what happened to our kitchen drain line. I felt a little p'd when he said it would be an additional $15 for trap r&r. Try putting the full price on the coupon. Also, online it states there is a complimetary camera inspection but the tech told me that was extra too! I would suggest putting all the costs up front for your customers.
