Our kitchen sink was backed up in the early evening. I caller Pioneer Plumbing and spoke to Carlos. He came over later that same evening to assess the problem. He was very kind and professional. He advised that it was best to return the next morning and again, he was very helpful. I was so impressed that he kept his word and did not try to sell anything that was not needed. I would definitely recommend Carlos for his knowledge and professionalism and will call Pioneer Plumbing again.
