Service arrived same day., though it was already nit and ark, they still did not cancel. Two knowledgeable guys came. I had multiple problems.
They gave me a free diagnosis, and told me, that plumbing was ok, it was rather the water heater, and recommended me a water heater specialist. About the the spot on the ceiling under the shower, they told me, I just have to put a sealer around the faucet, no need for opening the wall, and big expensive repair.
They left , and did not charge me anything.
I was impressed with how much integrity they do buisness.
