showers, bathtub and all toilets were backed up and not working!

Friendly receptionist when I called in! Thanks Jackie.... for being so helpful and polite!

The plumber (MIKE) came out 1 1/2 hour later and he was not only professional and nice... he was also cute! (definitely not your stereo typical plumber)

I highly recommend this company! They work hard and everything in their power was done not to raise the standard charges!

All in all.... nice, professional and very reasonable prices! THANK YOU! Happy 2013 to you guys!
