Pioneer Plumbing & Rooter was great to work with. They returned my call within an hour, which was pretty good. I would definitely use them again. I would say their service people are very helpful, easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeable.

My situation was a complicated situation, but they came in and knew exactly what to do. They used heat and muscle grease and were able to get into the tight places to get them cleaned out. So, in terms of efficiency and knowledgeable, I'd give them the highest marks.
