The employee from Pioneer Plumbing & Rooter showed up on time, but it took a little while to get someone out there. The person we had to work with came across as not being entirely sure of what he was doing. He left to pick up some parts and I left the house and told my tenants to give him the check I had written. But he then called me and told me I had to bring cash for the parts because he paid for them out of his pocket. I turned back to the house and called the company to ask if this was normal. They told me they would handle it and I didn't have to pay him extra. It was just an overall odd experience.
