I think we've used R&S Erection of San Francisco for a couple of installations, the maintenance manager is perhaps the person to better describe the relationship in detail but the standard here is pretty high and we pick all our vendors and contractors carefully. I never heard of any issues and from what I know, the company has always delivered exactly the kind of product we needed and the installation has always been smooth and satisfactory.
