Top notch professional company! I needed three old garage doors (the kind that swing up) replaced on my home as they had been falling apart for years. I wanted new roll up style doors for convenience. I contacted three companies for estimates. One company declined to do the work because he honestly explained that it was beyond the capabilities of his small company installation techs. Another company arrived and was very knowledgeable but wanted me to do some of the prep work for the doors. Frank from R&S showed up and I could instantly tell he had a lot of experience. He took measurements, photos, and took his time explaining the process and options for me. He then put together a professional proposal that included photos of what the doors would like overlayed on a photo of my house so I would see exactly what the finished project would look like. I chose R&S because his price was less than the competitor AND I didn't have to do any prep work.
The doors were special ordered and I waited a couple of weeks till they arrived. R&S called me to schedule an installation date and coordinated with my schedule so that I could be there.
The installation team headed up by technician Ryan Mangante showed up on time and with a great attitude. Three guys worked very hard all day to install all three doors and I could tell that they had worked together as a team for awhile because everything went so smoothly. I continually checked on their progress and noted that they were very precise in their measurements and they were concerned that the job was done right.
Ryan took the time to set up all three garage door openers with wifi and made sure that my phone and my wife's phone was connected and they operated the doors. He also programmed my cars garage door opener buttons too. They made sure to clean up all of their mess and they even swept the garage floor.
I am very impressed with their work and with the professionalism of the company as a whole. I would definitely recommend R&S to family, friends, and businesses.
