I used R & S Erection years ago to replace my garage doors and fabricate two attractive iron gates for my front courtyard area. The new garage doors were well insulated and the Marantec opener is super quiet. R & S were great then and great when I recently needed to upgrade the garage door sensors, replace garage door keypad and purchase new remotes. The office staff were accommodating (even when I had to reschedule at the last moment ) and the technician Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Also the manager residential Frank has always been extremely helpful if I ever needed help reprogramming the remotes or keypad or with whatever questions I've had over the years.
