The issue was a minor thing, but I'm a widow, and I had a leak under my sink. I called two other plumbers, and neither of them returned my call. Joe the Plumber returned my call and were here within 20 minutes. He walked in, tightened the little thing, and it didn't even take him 2 minutes. I asked how much it would be and he said they'd like to have me as a customer, so there would be no charge. He was just extremely honest and also very, very polite. I've already recommended them to some people!
