I am giving Allen and Peterson a Five Star Rating on this review because of their customer service and follow up and delivery with our appliance order. We had ordered two appliances, a refrigerator and range in early January. We were originally told 4-6 weeks in person when we paid for it in full by CC. That was great, our contractor had adjusted his schedule to accommodate the appliance arrival. 7 weeks came and we had no appliances and the store seemed to be a little perplexed as to where they were. Two different people were contacted in two days and they provided me with the answer I wanted to hear. Unfortunately it would be delayed another two weeks but they arrived and the delivery team was clean and professional and courteous and respectful of our new kitchen cabinets and flooring. They took care of the appliances at installation and all-around treated us like friends not customers. The Branch Manager provided a monetary discount due to the delay and provided installation materials. We are happy and we can now begin to use our new kitchen as intended.
