This was my first time using Allen & Petersen Cooking & Appliance Center. It started out to be a very negative experience, but I really don't even like to think about it that much because they ended up letting the first salesperson that I dealt with go, and the second salesperson I dealt with, Dustin, was phenomenal and made everything go so smoothly and perfectly. I bought a wall oven in November. The first salesperson said it would be about 3-4 weeks to come in, but it came in about 6-8 weeks instead. Then, he said they didn't have anyone to deliver it for me even though I had already paid for it so I went and picked it up myself. When I got it home, I discovered that the oven was bigger than what we needed so we had to re-order another one.

I called in and was able to work with a different salesperson. My experience with ordering the second oven, the delivery, and the installation was a completely different experience than I had with the first one. Everyone was so nice and professional. We ordered the right oven - which came in about a week ago - and they delivered it and installed it with no problems. It is the right size, and it is working out just fine. Everyone was professional the second time around, and I got the oven in the time frame that they promised. They kept in contact with me, and when the oven came in, they were great about accommodating my schedule for delivery and installation. I would definitely recommend them!
