We had a great experience with Sales (Ben) who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all our questions and was very responsive to our needs. He worked with us and his service dept to get our applicances delivered and installed asap. We had to have some electrical changes made before our new range could be installed and he worked with us to get the new range installed as soon as the electric work was done (late in to the evening). We discovered a slight finish problem in our new oven and Ben quickly gone the service dept to order the necessary parts.
