Appliance department is great, service department leaves a lot to be desired.
I gave the appliance department 5 stars. Eric was wonderful to work with and very responsive to all of our concerns.
The service department however, was very difficult to work with. First off, they wanted a $100 deposit before they would come look at our microwave. I finally agreed to take a $100 Allen and Peterson gift card. The repairman decided we needed a new reader board. Bosch sent us a new one, but after installing it, it had the same problem, the control board could not be read. It was too dim. The repairman said that was the best he could do and left. Consequently, we ended up buying a new microwave and it works perfectly. The old, very expensive one is sitting in the garage. Once again, Eric was great to work with, but we definitely won't use the service department again.
