I found Allen & Petersen Cooking & Appliance Center because I was looking for a freezer to put outside. I originally went looking at a big box store, but didn't find what I was looking for. When I called Petersen, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions about warranty and they knew what I needed. The price was definitely higher, but I got a better quality freezer than I would have gotten elsewhere. I will probably talk to them about kitchen appliances when I'm ready to replace some in the future.,
