While I received excellent service, I was disappointed in the product I purchased. It’s a Frigidaire microwave, but for the price we paid, felt the push buttons, specifically the Start/Add 30 sec and the Stop button, do not instantly react. Have to keep pushing them fairly hard till they work. I’d always figured Allen & Peterson would only sell the best quality merchandise. This seems inferior.
But I did like our salesperson. He’d only been there a couple weeks, but was very easy to work with.
