About 18 years ago when I bought all the appliances from Allen & Petersen for the kitchen, I had good luck. I went back to them and thought I'd get a discount, but didn't. But, their service was just as good as it was 18 years ago, and everything went fine. I bought a Bosch dishwasher and a Whirlpool microwave. When I went to the showroom, the staff was very good: the young fellow who waited on me knew what he was talking about and knew the products. Everything seems to be working really good, and the dishwasher is really quiet. It was a good experience.
