The particular person I worked with from Allen & Petersen Cooking & Appliance Center was very knowledgeable and very experienced with appliances. I got good solid information that I found to be reliable. They worked with me to get just what I needed. The challenge I have is that I live on an island 250 miles away from them. My first encounter was a phone conversation, but after visiting them in the store, I don't think I would work with anyone else for appliance purchases at this point. They understood my challenge as a distance customer. I ended up buying three things. An induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a wall oven. I found the pricing to be very competitive. It was lower than other places I checked, and I did shop around. Combined with the service I was very pleased. I would recommend them highly.
