They are just helpful at Allen & Petersen because I don't have to wait, and they take care of everything pretty quickly. They help in finding what you need, getting it ordered and in your hands quickly. I didn't have them install anything on this recent order of some hood vents for on top of the stove. I just told them what I wanted and they pulled it up!
