timeliness was great, did all on the phone, great phone customer service and scheduling.
I appreciate the expedited help over the phone, I had a new dishwasher installed and the old one taken away in 1 day. Still need my receipt emailed to me. Service Men left a drill bit, vice grips still attached to my water line under my counter and a spare dishwasher part on bottom of dishwasher, we cannot figure out where it goes.
