Called my insurance,they in turned called this company! At 12 pM, arrived at 3:45 PM. They then said I had to move my car as their truck was unequipped.
to load my Audi TT because their truck was not able to load it on un level ground! The whole Bay Area is on un level ground! Finally he loaded it but he could not get it to my shop to be repaired! So the $@!#% brought it back! After 5 hours nothing but they took and then brought it back. To be taken to the shop on another day! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, nor trust them. A total waste of my time!!!
