Service is very poor. The workers put there personal business between there appointments. They make commitments and do not follow thru. They put down traps for mice and then take them away and have charged you.

THEY ALSO SHARE WITH CUSTMOMERS WHAT THE NEIGHBOR PROBLEM WAS. NEIGHBOR HAD TERMITES AND I HAD NO IDEAL THAT MY NEIGHBOR HAD TERMITES.

Unfortunately Ms. Wilson's situation was out of the ordinary. Our team went above and beyond to help solve her problem which simply was non-existent. We even refunded some of the charges in order to satisfy this situation.
