I've used Dugas Pest Control once when they came and sprayed the area for some terminates that we had and I thought they were very courteous and they always answered the questions that I had, so I would say there were communicative. The price was also fine, actually, it was the best price that I found after I shopped around. Their service is just the best I've had.
