I could not give a 5 star rating for service/total experience because of the main reason I have contracted with Dugas Pest Control - Ants coming into my bathroom shower. Although there has been some improvement, I still see an ant or 2 often. There is no ant problem in any other part of my home. I'm at a loss to understand why. They come and treat where they first examined an area outside of the house where the ants probably enter. However, treating that area has not solved the problem. I guess I have to resign myself to a partial fix of the problem.
