We had used Dugas previously and had changed when we purchased a new home to go with the service being used by the previous owners. After being extremely dissatisfied with the poor service we were receiving we made the decision to contact Dugas again. We were more than pleased. The service has been outstanding and the initial assessment was honest to point out that we shouldn't change our termite contract as we had just done a costly treatment the year before which should last for five years. When that period is over we will transfer our termite contract also. Thanks for the help!
