I was not pleased with Dugas Pest Control because they tried to double-dip on my bill. I had asked them to take care of the bats on two of my shutters in the front of my house. The came out and told me the price and charged me another 200 dollars for the second shutter.

I paid for it, but I called to complain to the owner and the office manager. They were able to resolve the problem. But, even though they resolved it, I wouldn't recommend them because what they did was unethical. I also ended up treating most of the bats myself.
