I had set up a service with Dugas Pest Control. After which, there was some kind of communication breakdown: there were some things I needed to do as preparation which I wasn't told about. But they were really accommodating about the whole thing. After the situation became clear, they made sure to get me the earliest appointment that was available the very next day. Overall, I found them to be very professional. Their technicians also arrived on time and did a great job. This was my first time using their services but I would definitely call them back if I needed.
