We had the sales guy from House Smart come out to our residence and he was very thorough. He brought samples of everything, which was wonderful because when you don't know anything about what you're going to buy it's nice to have a visual, and we really appreciated that. The installation crew was very good too. They got in really quickly, especially considering this is their busy season, and they were very thorough in their work, but very fast as well.

I was told by the sales representative that they would be done by 4:00, so I had made an appointment for 5:00. They were running a little bit late because there is stucco at the house and it is very labor intensive to remove the old windows. The point is that I told the boys I needed to be out by 5:00, and they really hustled to get everything cleaned up so I could make the appointment, which I really appreciated. The installation crew was fantastic, and sales was good too, so really, I have no complaints.
