She knew we were a young family, just made purchased a new home and I felt she did what she could to help us afford new quality windows for the entire house. The quote that she gave us was the price we paid. She was up front about the costs and broke down the numbers for us. The ladies at the office that set up the installation appointment were also very friendly and provided great service. Jason and the installation crew were also very good. They discovered a defect on the bathroom window and instead of trying to install it and hoping for the best, they did the right thing by letting us know, putting the old window back and ordering a new window. This act alone gave me complete confidence that this is a top notch company that cares about it's customers. The team also did a great job cleaning up and leaving the house spotless.
