The team from House Smart installed a new hot water heater and Energy Star furnace in our home. The customer service was excellent; from the contact person on the phone to the guys who installed the furnace. We have a difficult location for a furnace install (in a dusty crawlspace under the house). The installation team spent the entire day in the crawlspace on a hot summer day without complaint. They removed all of the old furnace and hot water heater parts and were very friendly and professional. We are now enjoying the warmth of our new furnace and have noticed a significant reduction in our heating bills. We will use House Smart again when we are ready to replace our windows. I am also recommending them to my friends.
