We used this company for our window replacement project. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond what was expected in order to help us get our federal funding approved for the project. We had to have the work completed on an extremely tight timeline. The company started work the first business day after signing the contract. The work was done so efficiently that the whole project was completed three weeks ahead of schedule. There have been very few deficiencies and all of those have been taken care of promptly. As the on-site contact for our members I was the person who received complaints from members. In a very unusual turn of events it was compliments that I received more of than complaints. Our members were very impressed with the highly organized and efficient manner in which the work progressed. We would not hesitate to have House Smart provide a quote for any future project and we would love to have them on site again.
