Great windows, lacklustre customer service
The windows and screens are great! They’ve made a huge difference in our home and the pricing was competitive compared to other companies.
The lack of communication between employees and between the company and us, however, was incredibly frustrating. We spent quite a bit of time sorting out what was happening and when (timeline wise), and employees didn’t seem to have the same information so the answers we got depended on who we spoke to. Their answering service was consistently rude, but that’s more about that particular company than House Smart itself. An error on their end also resulted in us waiting months for one final window to be installed, and the cleanup afterward was terrible.
Would we recommend? Yes, but with major caveats related to our experience.
