I ordered a new front door August 2020. Was told by sales rep Greg it would take about 8 weeks. After multiple phone calls the door was finally installed 6 months later. When it arrived it was the wrong width. The installers were still able to install the door. I negotiated a reduction in the final payment.

In October 2022 I decided to give HSHI another chance and requested a quote for a new furnace. (BIG MISTAKE). When I received the quote I went over every detail and confirmed the price with the sales rep. I awarded the contract to HSHI. The rep came to my house to write up the contract and receive a deposit. I again went over the total price and he confirmed it was accurate. He left my house with the deposit and then 4 hours later he called and said he misquoted. The price is $800 more because of the rebate calculation.
I immediately cancelled the contract and went with Home Depot who are extremely reliable and very professional.
I will never ask for another quote from HSHI.
