Their sales person Greg makes promises of 6-8 weeks, but this company does not deliver on time. We ordered windows in September and we have yet to received two our of our windows. They will not give me a refund. They will not give me a straight answer. Every time I call them, they give me the run around about Covid and supply chain issues, meanwhile they are taking NEW orders from customers who will also probably not get their orders anytime near the time they were promised (6-8 weeks), 6 months on, and we are still waiting. This is the quality of service and product they deliver to their paying customers. STAY AWAY - literally go ANYWHERE ELSE. Pictures below are the broken windows they installed for us, which was already 3 months late, 3 months later we are STILL waiting for these two pieces to be fixed.
