House Smart Home Improvements installed a furnace, an air conditioner and a hot water tank for us. The furnace was supposed to come with a properly fitting magnetic filter, to keep the dust out. After they did the work, we were very happy with them because they did a top-notch job. We would have recommended them to anyone without hesitation. However, we have been trying for a year to get them to bring us out the magnetic filter. We have called them and called them. We paid for the filter, but we can not get them to bring it out to us. When we talk to them on the phone, they tell us that they will bring it out, but they never show up. This is frustrating and irritating, and now we are to the point that we would not recommend the company to anyone! We are also very disappointed in them!
