A Good Experience, Aside From Their Rebate Processing

In general, my experience with House Smart Home Improvements was good. The workers did an excellent job. They were polite, very cheerful, and were very good at what I needed them to do. My only disappointment was their rebate process, which they assured me would go smoothly. It did not, as it took a long time for the rebate process to go through. For a company that touts their ease of processing rebates, their actual processing was disappointing. Aside from that, everything went well.
