House Smart Home Improvements installed three new windows for me. One in the bath and two in the bedroom. The bathroom window turned out very good with no water accumulating on the tracks. The bedroom windows were a different story. There were scratches left on the trim of one and during a heavy rain, water accumulated on the track, which is why I had the windows replaced to begin with. I did not call them back out so that I could observe the windows to see if it happened again, and it has not. I thought that the caulking on the bedroom windows could have been better also.
