This was my first and only time using House Smart Home Improvements. I had just got out of the hospital and had them come to replace a window. The first person who came out to give me the estimate was off on the pricing. Based on what he gave me I hired them on to do the window. When the installers got here they said there was more work involved. They asked me if the person who did the estimate had come into the house before he did the estimate. I told them not only did he come into the home but did the whole walkthrough inside and outside before giving me the estimate. I went ahead with one window and paid for it. When I asked about why the pricing was different he said: "I am just the installer, not the owner". He became very indignant and offensive. They wanted me to pay upfront for the other windows and I said based on this experience I would do just one window at a time (I wanted to do five windows). When I called to ask about the second window I ended up talking to the installer who came out and he started to swear on the phone saying he was not going to do any work for me. That attitude threw me off especially since he was swearing on the phone. I will not do business with House Smart Home Improvements again.
