I like my new windows. The service was great. I don't have anyone to compare with House Smart Home Improvements since this was the first (and hopefully last) time I've ever gotten replacement windows installed. House Smart Home Improvements is a great group of people. My only complaint is that one of the frames is cracked and it seems to be taking quite a long time to get that fixed by the company. I think they ordered a replacement but it's been a while and I'm still waiting. Otherwise, I'm happy.
