I recently went to House Smart Home Improvements to have some windows and a door replaced, and was quite pleased with how the work from them went. We had no issues with the quality of work that was being done, the only issue we had was with the timeliness of the company. After the work was finished there was a small problem with the door, and it took a long time to get House Smart Home Improvements out to my home to fix the issue. They eventually responded and came back out to repair it, but was frustrating having to call the store multiple times and email them in order to get a response back. Overall I think House Smart Home Improvements did an excellent job with their work and would recommend them, I just feel they might want to work on response times and customer service.
