Great Work But Scheduling Issues
I used House Smart Home Improvements for the first time recently, and they installed a furnace in my home. I would say the pricing was pretty fair for the work that they had to do. The scheduling process was a bit difficult to manage. They were not always on time (it was a long distance for them to travel, so that might have been the reason), and they once cancelled a first call to take a second call that was most likely more important. I know that they want to get as much work as possible, so it is understandable. However, they did do a very good job with the work that they were given.
The final results were overall very nice. The only problem was that they didn't explain work with the filter, or how to go about the furnace maintenance. I found out how to work with the filter eventually, but I think it would have been more beneficial had they notified me about the issues and how to go about the maintenance in the first place.
Overall, I would give the total experience 3.5 out of 5 stars. I wish they had done better explaining about the furnace, and that the scheduling had been a bit more organized, but they set out to do what they needed to and their work performance is strong.
