Worst experience ever. This company has been beyond frustrating to deal with. The windows are a good product, but we had terrible service and mistake after mistake was made so our window install did not get finished for 6 months. Our big front window was missing pieces on the order, then the second window arrived and was the wrong size, finally got it right 3rd try. Also damage done to hardwood floor and shrubbery outside. Nightmare. We have had our home completely renovated inside and out and we have had every trades person imaginable here and we have never had a problem .... until dealing with House Smart. Would never recommend using this company.
