I was really shocked at the service I received from House Smart. I had a completely honest salesperson, and an honest phone receptionist, at first contact. The receptionist attempted to answer some of my questions, and when she couldn't, she told me that she couldn't answer them and that a she would have a salesperson contact me to answer them better. They were all completely honest from the get go.

The quote that House Smart gave me was fantastic. Again, they were honest. I told them what I wanted, and the representative was completely honest, and to me that is a very big deal.
