Our experience with House Smart Home Improvements was really good. They were very consistent, nice and polite. Just by watching them, it was clear to me that they knew what they were doing. And, they did their jobs fairly well.

They did forget to bring one of the bathroom windows, and we had to wait two weeks. Then, when they came to install it, there was no screen. Aside from that, we also had one scratched screen and we are missing the latch on the patio screen. Otherwise, they were really good and they are very nice people.
