From the very beginning with House Smart Home Improvements, and the first introduction with Brian, they were thorough and responsive. Brian pointed out the competition and what they had to offer. He told me that I would be completely satisfied with everything, and that if I wasn't, it was no problem, they would do everything until I was.

We had difficulty getting the right grid system and emailed back and forth to talk about it. Brian sent someone out and they came up with what I considered a perfect substitution.

Michelle called and let me know that they would do everything they could do get me in earlier, and they did. The crew came, and it was a wretched day, but they could not have been more helpful. The young lady they hired to do the cleaning did a superb job, the place looked immaculate.

We were supposed to take down the blinds, but we couldn't, so they took them down and put them up for us, which was beyond the call. They were in and out in four hours, and did six different windows, including a big bay window. They have the highest recommendation from me, and I will use them again when I have the chance.
