Bryan White was my contact and, when I first called House Smart, he called me back and went through all of the information with me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products as well as how to go about getting the government grants for energy-efficient appliances.

We were very impressed that Bryan came out on the weekend to meet with us because we were both working during the week. He was very accommodating.

When there was a glitch, House Smart was very receptive and willing to come back and remedy it. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely go with them again.
