This product and the service we recieved from sales, installation and office personel was excellent. I investigated seven companies in choosing our windows. Kate was the most knowledgable about her product by far of all the reps that I talked to. She also kept us informed on the progress of our project and accommodated out time line in organising the installation. Our home has several unique features that required special features and Kate was able to satisfy those needs. The installer that measured was efficient and accommodated all our special needs. The installation was very efficient and professional. The attention to detail and cleanliness were excellent. Twenty four windows were installed with double cut for the trim in two days. Very impressive and I have no hesitation reccomending this company to friends.
